Little League’s Southeastern Region has nominated one of its volunteers for election to the Little League International Board of Directors, it was announced by Stephen D. Keener, President and Chief Executive Officer of Little League Baseball and Softball. The election took place at the Southeastern Regional Round Table meeting last weekend in Charlotte, N.C.

Linda North, of Peachtree City, Ga., will replace Paul Flanagan, from Sophia, W. Va., on the board, subject to the approval of the 25-member Little League International Board of Directors at its spring meeting in May. If approved, Mrs. North will be seated on the Little League International Board of Directors at its November 2012 annual meeting.
