The Peter J. McGovern Little League Museum recently received a grant from the Lycoming County Visitors Bureau as part of an effort to increase tourism in the county. The $5,000 grant is part of the Lycoming County Travel and Tourism Initiative.

The Little League Museum, which was dedicated in August 1982 and is visited annually by more than 20,000 people, will use the grant to extend its program marketing to neighboring states, while also increasing its use of social media to promote and inform the public about the museum.
